All new client, studio or equipment rentals require a completed CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM, CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE & NEW CLIENT ACCOUNT APPLICATION to confirm your equipment order or studio date(s).  DR&A will keep your documentation and payment method on file for future rentals.
