All new client and equipment rentals require a completed NEW CLIENT ACCOUNT APPLICATION, CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION and a valid CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE to confirm your equipment order.  DR&A will keep your documentation and payment method on file for future rentals.
